Sylvester Keal are delighted to announce that we have been nominated for one of this year’s Catering Insight awards!
The award we’ve been nominated for is the Distributor Service & Maintenance Provider of the Year award and will reward those that go above and beyond what is expected of them when it comes to repairing, maintaining and servicing commercial kitchens.
Open to both specialist service companies and distributors that operate dedicated service businesses, this year’s Catering Insight awards are in association with Atosa.
In the past 12 months, Sylvester Keal have made several changes and further developed our service department to ensure that the business is reaching its full potential.
Most recently, we took on a new service manager, Matt Donson, who is responsible for managing our busy service department on a daily basis.
Service and maintenance in the catering equipment industry is absolutely paramount, which is why Sylvester Keal ensure that our engineers team undergo thorough, regular training to make sure they are aware of all aspects of maintenance procedures.
As well as this, we have also introduced a management software system that handles daily job planning and stock control, which enables our van stocks to be doubled for commercial catering and laundry parts.
We have also continued to grow and expand our rental market for providing commercial catering and laundry equipment to foodservice operations, which has increased by 45% in the past year.
The Sylvester Keal team are absolutely thrilled that we have been nominated for such a fantastic award, and we are urging people to vote for us!
