Catering and laundry specialists, Sylvester Keal, have introduced a new Service Manager to the business in a continuous effort to improve their service offering.
Matt Donson has recently joined Sylvester Keal, where he will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s busy service department, including controlling a team of field-based engineers and apprentices.
He will also be taking on the role of visiting customers to discuss various maintenance plan options and the renewal of existing service contracts.
Martyn Keal, Managing Director at Sylvester Keal, said: “It’s great to have Matt join Sylvester Keal, and he brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge to the service department.
“Our aim at Sylvester Keal is to make sure that we are providing the best possible service for customers across all departments, and to ensure that they will continue to come to us for any of their catering and laundry equipment needs.

Ensuring that Sylvester Keal is a safe place to work is also something that Matt plays a huge part in, dealing with all Health and Safety issues.
This includes making sure that risk assessments and method statements are in place so that the company has a robust Health and Safety policy.

“I’m definitely prepared for anything that might come my way, and I am eager to get stuck in and use my skills that I have gained over the years.”
