Band/Grade - Entry level graduate

Salary (Pro-rata) - £4,500

Location - Grimsby Head Office

Hours - Full time 40 hours per week

Duration of Role - 3 months

Start Date - Early April 2019

Salary Range - £14,999 - £19,999

We supply nursing homes, residential homes, schools, colleges, NHS trusts, restaurants, hotels & golf clubs with next day catering supplies including being the UK's leading food service equipment distributors.

Experienced in commercial kitchen design as well as rentals of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, we have an experienced, dedicated and qualified team in place to service your needs, including commercial kitchen maintenance, regardless of the market sector you operate in, or the size of your business.

Role Overview (aim ∧ outcomes)

  • Assisting the Projects Manager with the day to day running of the department
  • Processing project enquiries
  • Generating project files using an Internet based system
  • Accompanying the Projects Manager on site visits as required
  • Making CAD drawings for projects
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Liaising with other departmental managers to deliver projects
  • Prepare handover documentation to the customer on completion of the projects

Main tasks and areas of responsibility

Person Specification - Qualifications Required

  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject
  • Full clean driving licence

Knowledge, skills and experience required - Essential

  • Competent in using CAD systems
  • Confident communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Customer focused delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent time management skills

Knowledge, skills and experience required - Desirable

  • Previous experience of project management
  • Knowledge of the laundry and catering services market
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Analytical approach to work
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills

Other information: (travel required, hours etc)

The successful candidate will be required to travel to project sites and/or to customer/supplier meetings.
