Office Expansion at Sylvester Keal

December 2009 sees the building of new offices as part of an expansion to support the ongoing growth of the business.
With the steady increase of business, office space has become very tight and company directors have taken the decision to build more offices upstairs at the Westside Business Park premises.

The new office will house the service team and free up much needed space in the existing offices for the sales & accounts team and also room for future growth in the event of new employees being recruited.

A dedicated team of contractors have been employed in the project of the new offices.

Main contractor is Halcon Construction, a Grimsby based partnership who have proven experience of office building and have supported Sylvester Keal previously with office construction at the old site and also worked with us on kitchen projects.

Installing new hardware & IT equipment is another local company LCS Group Ltd who are very experienced in their chosen field and committed to a long standing future working relationship with Sylvester Keal. They will be supporting with all IT systems and hardware configurations.

Expo Data Comms Ltd. will be assisting with the phone extensions and data cabling. Sylvester Keal have been supported by Steve Joyce & Ged Richardson on previous projects and their skill & commitment is always first class.

Lincs Electrical Services Ltd will be supplying all the electrical installation of the project, complete with full certification to comply with all health & safety regulations.
